It's been a long bit sinc eI updated...hmmm...well today (as in the
14th) I got mom her b-day present. The Royal Tenenbaums. We should have
gotten it long ago. It belongs in our home. Like Peanut-butter and
peanuts.
Ok, so, advice to mes amis: DO NOT, repeat NOT take French with Valerie
Couderc. She assigns WAY too much homework. It would be one thing if
she stuck to what she said at the beginning of the semster with: "the
only homework i will assign will be that you do all of your workbook",
but no, oh no, she keeps assigning exercises from the book. Ok so it's
frustrating to get one or two assignments other than the workbook, but
i can deal right, it's just one, MAYBe 2 exercises, nothing too
time-consuming. But once again. A very large and resounding NO. She
assigned me 2
pages of Activities. That translates into about 2-3 hours of homework
in addition to the workbook, and 3 or 4 other courses worth of
homework for a lot of students! Now ok, maybe I had a little more math
than usual too, but that's based on a relatively low average amount of
Math homework. *grumblegrumble* so yeah, avoid her, unless you're only
taking one class at a time, then it might be ok. But especially if
you're taking like, three or more classes, not a good idea. Really not.
