green tea pills

I went to fred meyer today and bought green tea pills (I used self check out so they wouldn't quesion my age...i'm not sure if minors are allowed to buy green tea pills or not). I hope that I see some type of results, like less of an appetite or something. I'm also not sure how many I should take. The bottle says one pill per day, but knowing me I'll probably take a couple a day. They're just green tea, it can't hurt, right?
Anyways, I ended up getting baby food, vinegar, and spinach to eat this week
