To be fair, I spent like an hour on the phone troubleshooting that damned thing, including a factory reset of it and trying to run through the setup wizard and reboots and such, so I am darned curious to see what defeated me!

Two clicks of the mouse - the places where I said "do I do this one?..." and you said "ummm, sure... ? ..." were not the correct ones. I needed to use the MAC address instead of the default. And, ummm, something else. But, it works!!! Oh, and I had to register the router just to get the damn people to talk to me!!! Dammit! But, at one point, he said that he was doing something on his end to make it work (which I'm not quite sure is true or not...).

But, I thank you, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all of your help - especially on the nights when I caught you while you were otherwise engaged! Just by walking through it as many times as I did with you made things go faster (btw, that is not fast, that is faster) with tech support!
