TV talk from last week
So, I've been trying to make this post for a couple of days now, but school and real life are cutting into my internet time. I had to do this one really time-consuming project (more on that later, ugh) but I'm done with it now, so, about last week's shows...
OTH was good. Brooke is my favorite, with Haley at a really close second so any ep that features both of them a lot is a-okay in my book. I love Brooke/Julian and I love the scenes with Victoria. I just wish she and Millie hadn't lied to the investors and worst of all, forged Brooke's name. Seems like that could get a little messy to me.
But that wasn't what confused me in this ep. ...What in the world is going on with Quinn and Clay? Where is Clay, anyway? The end confused me like whoa. IDG what happened. Anyone wanna shed some light? Because I get that he's in between somewhere, I just don't understand why he couldn't come back with Quinn and his weird, criptic line at the end. Well, we'll see tonight, I guess.
Life Unexpected was good, too. I'm glad they aren't making Cate's job hunt easy, considering the state of our economy. I was worried that they'd gloss over that and find her a job in this episode, but they didn't. Base was fun to watch, as per normal and even though it wasn't his ideal job, it's nice to see him take initiative anyway. Loved that he said he wanted to do it partially for Lux, to set an example.
Speaking of Lux...girl, why? :/ I couldn't believe she cheated on that test. She normally irks me because of lying, etc, but sometimes she has (or at least thinks she does) a good reason for it. Kind of like the end justifies the means, but there is no way she could spin cheating on a test that would cancel out how wrong it was. And she knew it. IDEK with her, anymore. Eek. Wonder if Cate and Baze will find out.
And Friday I missed SPN. :/ I was so mad, you have no idea. My handy dandy DVR didn't record it, which never happens and I was convinced to leave the house and go out by my mom. She said we'd be back in time, we weren't, I wasn't a happy camper - it's a long story. Anyway, when I finally ventured into threads about the premiere, everyone said they hated it. Not to rile anyone up, but can you tell me why? Because it probably won't rerun until winter hiatus.
