Chapter 5- Transformations Part 1
House pushed his coffee away and limped out of the room. Cameron jumped up and followed. She ran up behind him and gave him a hug.
"What are you thinking about?" Cameron asked
"I don't know." House for once seemed quiet.
"Well, I'm thinking I need ice-cream, but first I'm going to see if Lisa was able to find out the sex of the twins." Cameron broke away from him and House went down to the cafeteria, to buy Cameron ice-cream. And Cameron went back up to the office.
"Lisa, we're you able to determine the sex of the twins?" Cameron asked- she didn't care what sex they were, she just had to know.
"Allison-" Cuddy reached for Camerons hand, "You are having twin girls."
Cameron started crying and ran out of the office. She ran down to the cafeteria, spotted House and shouted "We are having Twin Girls!!!!!"
House stood up and limped/jogged over to her. He hugged her tight. The world suddenly stopped. He just enjoyed the moment.

Later that day

House stood, looking over the railing. Looking down into the foyer of the Hospital.
Cameron came up behind him. She wrapped her arms around the scruffy older man, and turned him around to face her. The blazing blue eyes met with the fairy green ones. They didn't need to talk. Cameron knew- she didn't know how- she just knew House was happy with becoming a father.
"Jaccqueline." Was the word that came out of House's mouth.
"No, I'm Allison." She said this with a smirk on her face.
"No, I think the name Jaccqueline would be nice for one of the creeps." House let go of Allison and started walking towards the elevator. She stood still hands on her hips, trying to contain laughter, but not really succeeding.
House beckoned to Cameron. "Are you coming or not?" She just started laughing and followed after him.

They were sitting on the couch in Houses office. The blinds were closed, but the door adjoining to the diagnostic department was slightly ajar.
They were in a somewhat serious discussion on baby names.
"Catherine?"
"No."
"Alexandra?"
"Definately not."
"Adrianna?" Allison just kept suggesting names that she liked.
"Hell no!!"
"How about Lisa?"
"Are you wanting our daughter to become a sexually frustrated Dean of Medicine?" Allison just stared at House. She didn't even want to know why House thought this.
"Fine. Um.... How about Delilah?"
"Delilah Cameron-House." House thought about this for a minute. "Makes her sound like a biblical whore. I like it."
"I don't. Not anymore."
"You suggested it!" House started tickling Cameron.
"Uh-hem?" Chase shouted through the door. "There are other people in here!"
"How about you just call the kid Lovedeprivedsemicrazy Adolescentminded Cameron-House?" Foreman suggested.
Cameron and House looked at each other and just realised they were in the diagnostic office.
House got off the couch and walked into the department.
"I don't care." Was directed at Chase. "How about no." Was shouted in Foremans direction."

2 months later

Cameron was having an appointment with the OB-GYN Dr. Sasha Kitman"How about... Samantha?"
House nodded. "Sounds great."
"So one will be called Jaccueline Alyssa and the other Samantha Grace?" It sounded like a statement and a question at the same time.
House nodded, but wasn't really paying much attention to Allison's face. He was looking at the ultrasound monitor. He made out two heads, four legs, four arms and a lot of fingers and toes. He was listening to the lub-lub, lub-lub, lub-lub, of the twin girls hearts. Cameron reached up and patted his shoulder.
She saw the emotion in the elder mans face. He had seen the twins before but everytime he came to her ultrasounds, he acted so different. He was more caring and she could see that her twin daughters were going to have the most loving father in the world. The most childish albeit, but very loving.
