Mistakes- Chapter 1- Decisions

Chapter 1- Decisions
Cameron's head was between her hands and her coffee was getting cold. The urge to vomit was increasing. She got up and ran out of the diagnostic
department office.
"Where are you going?" House shouted down the corridor "The patient's case hasn't been solved!" She threw a glance back at the office and kept
running to the bathroom. She just made it in time to the toilet. After she finished, she sat on the floor next to the toilet. A thought ran through
her mind. "NO! I am not pregnant....." she sat on the floor her chest heaving, tears running down her face. "I can't be pregnant." she whispered to
herself. She got up, rinsed her face at the basin, and procecded back to the office. On the way back, she decided she would go home and make sure
she wasn't pregnant. "I'm going home." she announced to the department. For once the department was totally empty. She grabbed her laptop, and went
to the locker room. She grabbed her bag, and coat. Then went down to Cuddy's office. "No-one was in the department, and I just think I should let
someone know that I am going home." But to her utter suprise, not, Cuddy wasn't in her office either. She went to the carpark, and drove home. She
stopped by a drug store and picked up some asperin and a pregnancy test. The guy on the counter gave her a weird look, which she threw back a glance
which could cut through steel. She paid, and went back to her car. She got home, took her shoes off and went into the bathroom. She took the test,
placed it on the basin and she sat down on the floor.
