my ideal breakfast: a grande vanilla latte, a fresh buttery croissant, and fruit salad made up of fresh pineapple, kiwi, grapefruit and huckleberries, with a small cup of yogurt on the side.
lunch: a veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread with cream cheese (lots), cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouts, lettuce, avacodo and seasoned with spike (a la my favourite cafe, the snowdrift). served with a pickle and a bowl of hot fresh soup. to drink: a herbal tea.
dinner: start with some mescolin greens with a balsamic vinegarette and a nice crantini. then have scallop-stuffed salmon (wild pacific salmon, of course) served with rice and grilled seasonal veggies. finish with an espresso and a little bit of chocolate mousse served in a cordial glass.
late night snack tray: assorted cheeses with sliced apples; pickles and a little bowl of salsa and chips.
