Reita lifted his head slightly, his brain fuzzy from absolutely sleepless nights and jittery muscles from drinking too much coffee. The notes were a blur on the screen of his laptop, and he felt like he was to crash any moment now.
“Reita, maybe you should take a break.” Kai uttered softly while looking at his own laptop, a small frown of concern appearing on his lips.
“But what about the rest?” Reita shook his head, his eyes widening a bit in worry.
“I’ll figure it out.”
“Thank you, Kai.”
“I was only kidding.” Kai chuckled. “I prefer your company.”
