September in the Blink of an Eye
I'll be at Bumbershoot this weekend, on Active Duty and working UPS next week, working the Ari Show next weekend, on Active Duty and UPS the following week, out in the field with Marines the following weekend, again doing Marines and UPS the follong week, camping that weekend, and then starting school the last week of September.....there goes September :)
Speeding tickets suck! I was doing 65 on Greeley Ave above Swan Island because I was stuck in some thick traffic and trying to get to the base in time for formation. The cop was with his laser gun on and obscure turn off between Greeley and the Union Pacific railyard. I didn't see him until I was almost parallel to his car. Doh! $150 well earned. Fortunately it has been over 5 years since the last one. Heres to my on your luck on no more.
