Sounds to be quite the rewarding trip. Sorry to hear about the burn though. I too got a little cherry over the weekend. That talkj of Dim Sum has made my mouth water. Where might you recommend for Dim Sum in Portland?

I think the best Dim Sum in town is at Legin on 82nd & Division.
