Okay so, my dad phoned Orange last night, they took him through steps for something he had already tried, didn't do a thing, so they said they'd contact BT to tell them to do a line test to test for faults on the line, my dad has to call Orange back tonight to find out the results of this test, but I SWEAR all I want is for them to get the damn speed decreased, I've been told by my brother that we can't get 8MB speed up in this area ><;;
Talking of my brother he doesn't want me on his laptop for long .__. I'm hoping things will be sorted by the weekend, if not before, guess we'll see D:
