Didnt I tell yall last week yall was going to see me next year? Well..here I am back at work. See, it didnt take that long now did it. I want to wish everyone of ya'll a Happy New Year. How was everybody's new year. Party hard? Get drunk? Have fun with friends, family and love ones? For me it was crazy bringing in the 2k6.....
FRIDAY: TAZ'S B-DAY PARTY AND JAMIE FOXX @ LOVE...OH YEA AND THAT GUY SISQO.
The lines were crazy as hell when I got there. Both of them stretched down the block, around the corner and up the street. Thank god Angela was working at the front desk outside and got me right in, in a matter of seconds. Madd people were out partying, crowding the club on each and every floor in the club. With the drinking, amount of people crammed up together, my cashmere sweater I was rocking I kinda started feeling dizzy from being hot. Gin the bartender on stage let me and J on stage since nobody was on stage. I guzzled a few waters trying to keep cool. Moments later Marc Barnes, Antonio, Jamie Foxx and his crew graced the stage and it was bananas. Jamie didnt perform an act but put on quite a performance being a hype man. That man is crazy and freaking hilarious. He did a few songs, and other's people's song as well getting everybody on the 2nd floor hyped up. Anyways, we partied most of the night on stage since it was impossible to even get off stage. I dont think I even saw an inch of the dance floor looking down from the stage all night since the place was flooded with people. I couldnt believe Gibert Arenas was saying that the club was even giving him and a few of the Wizards a hard time to get in. Wade and the rest of the fellas finally made there way up there and we partied the rest of the night. I didnt realize the short mofo that stood beside me was Sisqo's bamma ass til Dj Analyzed played the Thong song and the women on the floor was going crazy..lol. The night was madd crazy and I had lots of fun. Partying so hard sobered me up so I was able to get behind the wheel afterwards. Of course since I was behind the wheel sobered enough to drive I didnt go straight home because 4am was still early..lol. I didnt get home til almost 7am the next morning. ;)
SATURDAY: HAPPY NEW YEARS @ OZIOS AND PEARL!!!
All day I was stressing which party to hit up since so much was going on later on that night. DJ Ben Hameen gave me some passes to Pearl the previous night at Love. Then you had Love having another party, Repulbic Gardens, Avenue, and H20 as well. At the last minute, the fellas and I decided to party at Ozios. I guess we just wanted to not party at the usual spots and do something diffrent. J informed me Nel and his boys had a party at Ozios and they bought us tickets so we went there instead. Nel and his bro walked me and J in the back door of the club since the front of the club was insane. We chilled for a minute and later Shotti and Steve who owns the club got us a lil vip section and bought us our own bottles of Moet and Belvi. They all left the section however, I stayed on the couch like the alcoholic I am and drank drank drank. 2 fine ass fems came over to me and grabbed me off the couch to dance with them. I was with them off and on that night and basically partied solo doing my own thing. Midnight came around and we all did the normal big toast thing as I finally popped the Mo. We later club hopped over to the good ol Pearl since we had to put the passes to good use. That place was at is capacity and could barely move since it is not really a big spot. But madd people were up in there and a few of my peoples bought tables. I had madd calls wishing me a happy new years and I aIm glad that everybody made it home safe.
SUNDAY CELEBRATING THE SKINS PLAYOFF JOURNEY AT K STREET LOUNGE
Despite the partying, the drinking, and women the highlight of my weekend was the Skins's beat down over Philly which entered them into the playoffs. Just when I thought beating the Cowboys, the Giants was so sweet, beating Philly was just as sweeter. This win unabled the rival Cowbys into the playoffs which was nice now that I can rub it in the faces of all the Cowboy fans. I just look at it as an early start for them to get ready next year..lmao. I am so amped and looking foward to next weeks playoff game when we take on the Tampa Bay Bucs. My Skins cant lose this game or I will hear J's mouth. I made my way over to K Street Lounge for the after party of the game. A few of the Skins were already back in town celebrating. The club was packed for a Sunday and I had a decent time. A few of the fellas meet me up there since none of them were to be found when I left to head up there. I ran into Stacey and chilled with her and her friends most of the night until the club finally let out. Like Thur, Fri, Sat after the club, I headed over to the carry out on Georgia Ave. I got everybody now hooked on that place after the club for some food...lol.
