Block, Morrison, Boggess, Arcelus and More Will Go Green July 14 at Birdland By Andrew Gans

An evening celebrating the lyrics of David Green will be presented July 14 at Birdland.
Among those scheduled to lend their vocal talents to the evening, which is titled Mr. Green's Opus, are Stephanie Block, Matthew Morrison, Sierra Boggess, Marissa Parry, Sebastian Arcelus, Lindsay Mendez and Teri Ralston. Show time is 7 PM.
Green is the founder and executive director of The California Conservatory of the Arts, where he has trained and mentored the careers of Susan Egan, Matthew Morrison, Stephanie Block, Anneliese VanDerPol, Lindsay Mendez, Krysta Rodriguez, Chad Doreck, Kamilah Martin and others.
The Birdland performance will features songs Green has written in collaboration with John Glaudini and Michael Borth, including songs from Green and Glaudini's new musical How The Nurse Feels.
