I have this pet peeve…Why can’t the companies who produce lotion containers make their product pump every little bit of the lotion out of the bottle? Right now I have about ½ Cup of lotion in the bottom of the bottle and will have to dig it out! You would think it would be a simple thing.
Of course, Dearest just walked in and found it fascinating that I was not ranting about something more relevant to the world than the underachieving lotion bottle pump. LOL!
I have to give my hand a rest from quilting for a bit so I started a lace shawl. So far this strategy is working and the first sit down knitting produced quite a few inches. I am knitting the Lehe shawl from the Estonian lace book but I am going to make a few changes. After the center section gets finished I am going to put another section all the way round the center before doing the lace border. The shawl that I made for my Aunt Shelia years ago was a bit too small - I like bigger shawls.
The weather here this morning is above freezing and there is a bit of melting going on. We also did the time change thing this past weekend - I really hate it, but I won’t rant today.
And just since it has been a while…cat spam... She is determined that I get nothing done this morning.
