Apparently, the US does not have to prosecute Bush and others for war crimes, the UN can start the proceedings anytime it wants a under long standing document of which the US is a signatory. It is my opinion that this country should publicly wash its own dirty laundry, but if it doesn't...I say have it UN.

“Oh, so what are you up to?” asks quilter one.
Quilter 2 replies, “Working on my PHD.” LOL!
