Took me a while there to figure out what was going on - even with Bela oozing in the back seat. Actually, I think it took me until this bit, “Sam? How the hell am I gettin’ outta here?”

I kinda like the idea of Dean and Bela being thrown together in Hell. That would have made is SO much worse! And the royal Winchester "we" was priceless!

I've not read many fics dealing with what Sam went through while Dean was in Hell, and this was an interesting take. Poor Sammy...

I think Dean and Bela in Hell is a cabaret waiting to happen, quite frankly.

I'd pay good money to see that shit. :D As long as it ended bloody for Bela.

His phone is ringing when Sam wakes. The air inside the Impala tastes silent and cold. His face feels bloated and hot. A slew of saliva sticks to the back of his hand when he wipes his mouth and his groin is wet. He thinks for a moment he’s pissed himself, until he shifts and the bottle tips on the fulcrum of his thigh and sloshes a final wave of whiskey into his lap. He shoves at it clumsily, stench rising with his gorge, and it falls with a clatter to the floor of the car. Perfection. Shattered, broken Sam summed up in that paragraph.
