Supernatural Fanfic Master List

Jan 01, 2009 21:39

Here be the Dragons' fics in one handy dandy listy. They are in rough chronological order, or how they would sit in the Show's timeline if they hadn't been Kripke'd up the wahzoo. *narrows eyes* I hate it when I get a Kripke in my wahzoo ( Read more... )

It's totally orgy-nized! I am seriously lazy and this shit totally works for me. Makes exploring a fic list WAY more fun ( and easier... which is good, cuz .... seriously ... I'm lazy. Seriously lazy.) 'K shutting up and going to work now.

I decided that for a Christmas present to myself, I was going to read through all your fic, starting with the pre-season stuff. Just finished He Ain't Heavy. Want you to know that I think this is the best decision I've made all month. I read The Lee last week and had to find some way of distracting myself from the fact that it isn't finished yet, so I figured the rest of your fic would be a good starting point.

I'm thinking I might go back, once I'm done, and reread everything and comment specifically, because I want to tell you how amazing I think you are, but a general statement of YOU ROCK AND NO FIC OF YOURS HAS FAILED TO STAGGER ME WITH THE AWESOME seems like a cop-out, somehow.

Sweet merciful Zeus. Thank you. This comment has just about made my week.

I'm superglad to hear you're enjoying working your way through the list. Please don't feel obliged to comment specifically -- I really don't mind about that stuff. But thank you very much for letting me know you're having fun. That's really put a smile on my dial.

Thanks a bunch for reading. The fic is all in chronological series order, not the order I wrote them in, so do be warned: there are some old stinkers in there. *facepalm* GO WITH GOD. *chortle*

Glad to hear it. :D

It isn't really that I feel obliged, so much as that I kinda just want to... really, it's more for my sake than yours. I want an excuse to go through and identify what specifically I liked about them, because I tend to be overly analytical like that. I may not do it for every single one - like, the ff.net ones, no, because I don't have an account - but you will be getting more comments from me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I'm'a tell you right now, I liked the cheese fic. :P

Just discovered your fics while wandering round lost (as usual here on LJ). Thought I'd pop a comment to say I started with The Cover Note because WISNB is one of my all time fave episodes. Loved your story! I especially loved the post it note (presumably eponymous?) Sam left over his scratches on the wall telling Dean he remembered after all - hilarious and moving all at once!
I shall now embark on reading some of your other works, wish me luck in my journey... :D

I, too, love all of your fic. Exceptions and Long Narrow Rope have become my "go-to" stories when I can't find a good Gen H/C fic. I especially love John in your pre-series stories. You've got that great balance between tough cookie on the outside and smooshy loves his boys on the inside. And the narrative in Rope has some parts that are hilarious (like leaving things to the ether and trusting they'll be hilarious without you).

I'm also loving The Lee and anxiously awaiting its completion. Hint, hint.

Read 'em all now. Thank you; they're all fantastic! I hope if you publish something out in mainstream-land you'll announce it somehow. I think I'd read anything you wrote.
