I am so glad that I got to see the Red Sox win it while my dad was around. It is just the greatest. I am reading Faithful by Stephen King and Stewart O'Nan, and I just finished the section on the ALCS. Yankees lose, Sox go on to the World Series, the rest is history. And it still is so great to read about like it just happened yesterday. I love that. Sox on a roll, the fucking Yankees showed up again today. 19-8 over the Devil Rays. Remember Game 3 in the ALCS last year? 19-8?!? I guess this means the Yankees won't win another game this season.
