So I finally was able to get some sleep and lay down.    About 4am Layla had to go out - and I guess I moved wrong because know the space above my knee hurts.  Good thing we have those lidocaine patches  - they sure come in handy....that and the ace bandage I wrapped it in.  Ice wasn't working so I tried that.

Now I am awake.  Go figure :p
