LJ Content One Day Strike
For one day, Friday, March 21, make no posts. Make no comments. Let there be NO new content added to LJ. SUP obviously does not realize that Basic users have given something of value to them, that it is content that drives the site. So, for one 24-hour period, from midnight GMT to midnight GMT, let's see how many people we can get to pledge to contribute NO CONTENT. No more (new) basic accounts AND sensoring of top interests (nonhetero-phobia)? Wow, they're just striving to decrease the number of new users, aren't they? I understand why they canceled he basic account function-well, business and all that, but also it can lighten the burden of the plethora of fake accounts...maybe.
Oh, but this? Sounds like insincere BSing to me.
I seriously should not use their default layouts and make my own, since I'm not really happy with the one I have, anyway.
