Okay Day
I really need to go to bed, but I was stupid and drank a caffeinated beverage at the movie. Just went out with a friend and caught a late showing of Just Go with It. Cute movie…laughed really hard. I needed that kind of release tonight.
Otherwise, pretty dull day. I woke up with the determination to have my condo NOT look like I’m still moving in, so I did a tidying and cleaning blitz. After that thorough cleaning marathon, I assembled the buffet for my dining area…that had been sitting in the corner in its box was looking pretty pathetic when everything else in the dining/living room/kitchen area has all been unpacked. It looks nice now that it is all assembled and in place. Now the big project will be to buy artwork of some sort for the walls. Hoping to wait until late April when Mr. Cruise visits, so he can have some input on what I purchase. I want this place to feel homey to him too when he gets out here on a more permanent basis.
