Hey, if you make region over everyone else, because the music is easier then it just means that you were able to play it even better then all the others who can putter through it. It would mean you had more musicianship and what not, couldn't that be a good thing??

With the region music being so easy compared to previous years, the problem is that being able to sit down and play exactly whats on the page isnt going to be all that difficult. Sure, its challenging to some people but its not challenging enough to make the same competition as there was before.

Luckily weve got a great private lesson teacher and ive gotten advise from 3 HIGHLY skilled players so ive got plenty to work on.

Dont freak out yet; Ive gotta make it into the school first. I figured it would be easier on you for me to go to Denton vs UIC (University of Illinois at Chicago) or Flordia State.

Im just damn lucky that all the bad asses in the horn world all live in Texas :)
