Weekend Adventure
I'm still so excited about everything that is happening. I wake up each morning just wondering what fun things will happen during the course of the day. She truly makes everything, and I mean down the most routine activities, enjoyable.
Being around old friends this weekend reminded me how much things have changed. I'm not certain if my friends were the ones who changed or if it was me, but there is definitely separation there that previously didn't exist. I don't miss it though. Regardless of being in a relationship or not, I know now that my former lifestyle left something to be desired.
Everything about this weekend was great except for not being able to spend more time with Susie's family. I didn't get to see her siblings much, and I only saw her mom for a moment in passing. Also, plans didn't work out exactly as I would have hoped, which has left me feeling a little confused about the entire ordeal, but I think it was just a setback, or at least that is what my parents seemed to think.
What I do know is that I love love, freakin' love her...
if I could learn to play any instrument, it would be the sus-a-ma-phone.
