Crazy Hiking Site...
We went on a mini-adventure today. We hiked up behind the office - Our normal Off-Trail hike was gated off today - They had posted "No Trespassing" signs - So, we switched back and took a new trail. We ended up exploring on a game trail - It was beautiful - So close to the city - yet, totally isolated. We actually saw Mountain Lion tracks in the fresh mud and the remnants of an actual kill - It was amazing being so close to nature - We ended up hiking through this rock formation that was twisty and curvy and very narrow - I actually scared myself - Had to let my friend lead the way - I was really freaked out - thought I was going to come face to face with a BIG CAT:) We hiked into the foothills for about an hour. We've got clients in for the rest of the week, so - I probably won't get out much during the day - It was nice to be able to get out and "ESCAPE" for a little bit:)
