Non-Updates
Definition of a non-update - an update that appears to tell you something, but doesn’t change your reality after the update is stated.

Hi David,
There are two issues we discussed yesterday.
1) (XXXXX) file loading. The latest information I have at the moment is that there was a patch that was expected to resolve the issue, but it apparently only resolved part of the problem. We have requested an update from the developer.
2) The other was regarding files received from XXXXX. The file is loaded into Carrier Interface, but the rows will not transfer to SRE. Todd and I were not able to work together on this issue today, but I have it on my calendar for tomorrow.
We’ll send you any update we have tomorrow.
