introductions

well, hello. how much do you actually know about me?
probably not that much.
so hi! this post is an introduction.
i'm holly. i'm a girl. i'm sixteen NOT going on seventeen. i live in florence, italy. i'm half italian and half american, but i was born and grew up in london, england, where i plan to return as soon as possible.
i like art. a lot.
drawing and photography. and collaging. and other art forms.
also Photoshop. i use photoshop a lot.

i like music a lot.
it would be boring and pointless to list all the bands i like, so i'll just say that i like belle and sebastian. (understatement of the century.)
i like being alone, i like being together.
i love anything with stripes. i love leaves.
Terence Conran is my idol.
i want to be Tord Boontje, too.
i know a lot of stuff about nothing. i love reading magazines. i love milk. i love books. i love art galleries.
i love the internet, but i love real life too. i love graffiti, and i love most people.
i love school.
i generally like messes too. i don't like being dependant on technology. i don't like genetically modified food. i don't like privatization of public things. i don't like fascists. i strongly despise people who don't vote. i don't much like people who dismiss politics or world issues. i don't like organized religion.
i do like dresses though.
