Got new flat ect. It is bigger and right between a train station and a pub. The decor is not vomit worthy like this place either :)
It came without a fridge though, I did'nt notice that at the time. Complete arse. I am going to go steal my brothers from his flat as he hopefully he won't be back till October and I can deal with him laster. He does only keep beer and ham in it, typical student.
To add to annoyance. Tommorow is gig. What happens to my large flat screen monitor? Predictably it cuts out and refuses power up. I had a feeling that somthing would go wrong. I don't think it's unrepairable but it's not somthing simple like the fuse, I know I can get it looked at for next to nothing, it's just bad timing.
As I do a lot of time line editing do have 2 monitor plugged into the computer at all time but it's just not carryable.
So I marched around Brighton and managed to get a cute, small and very portable flat monitor for just £45, it was such a good bargin. That means that when the other one is repaired then I can get rid of my big spare 2nd CRT one and have more space to work.
At my parents home in Bedford I think we have grand total of 8 CRT monitors and now with this one it's 9. All of which work but would not be worth selling. Me and my brother are thinking of putting them all together in some kind of digital art installation controlled by a music keyboard or maybe some kind of guitar with midi out.
