Soo, things are going well.
School's got me stressed out right now. Have too much reading than I can handle and like a million due dates in the next few weeks. We talked about the way seminar has been running (not good) and tried to work some things out. Even though we don't have sem quite down yet. I love everyone in my class.
Books To Prisoners is going. Things sort of changed as I started to get my keyholder training. Apparently Malinda, whos house it is, doesn't feel comfortable with me having a key to said house until we get to know each other. Instead of me running sessions on my own, I'm doubling up with JR, the only actual keyholder at the moment. She's running both Sunday and Monday nights, which must suck a little.
Im working at the moment, at the Evergreen Children's Center on campus. I'm subbing for people and trying to get as many hours as I can, which, for the most part, has turned out well. I got to hang out with BABIES the other day for FIVE WHOLE HOURS. Babies are the shit.
The house is nice, we get along well apart for sporadic episodes of not cleaning and my room feeling really barren for its size. I've been more social this year, I think the energy of my roommates is doing me well. I need to figure out how to do my homework and not be lonely.
So there it is. The state of affairs. There is and has been more shit going on, but these the basics.
