Comment to this post and I will give you 5 subjects/things I associate you with. Then post this in your LJ and elaborate on the subjects given.
So I was given 5 subjects by msshinyhalo and here is my post on my LJ to elaborate how they apply to me, so ......shall we then ;) But since is my first post of 2009 .... i think its a cool one. Thanks sis but I thought I could last longer without posting ;) hehe
My 5 subjects are ....
1. Drawing
2. Superman (and comic books/graphic novels in general)

1. Drawing - Well since i do draw this is how I think this applies to me. I have been drawing for a long time now but i have been a bit lazy and I am trying to get back into it but its still slow going, I even had great aspirations to illustrate my story HEA but that has not come to pass either. I am including some pictures of some stuff i have done, its old and not that great but just to give you an idea. I loved Mike Turner's work ....he was a great artist and loved his style and that is visable in the pieces.
2. Superman (and Comic books/graphic novels in general) - Well for those who don't know .... I LOVE SUPERMAN!!!! I LOVE LOVE him! In all forms really ... it started in comics and of course in movies (Christopher Reeves) with those fab baby blues .. OMG!!! My first swoon really ..hehe. But I love the Superman comic books like The Adventures of Superman, Action Comics, Superman and so on ... I have a lot of comics and not of just Superman either..but i have some not the coveted 1938 kind but I have some cool ones and I love them all. :D I have the ones where he dies of course and when he comes back and when he marries Lois.... i love that one. I started collecting when i was in middle school .. but i am not current right now but it was awesome while i was! I was *still is* obsessed with the tv show .... Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman with Teri Hatcher and Dean Cain. Can i just say ... fucking HUBBA HUBBA!!! and them as a couple was amazing .... i liked their chemistry...See LOOK--->
Can you say FUCK ME?!! Good God! But yes, when they stole season 5 from me on that TV series I was pissed cause i was supposed to get a Superbaby damn it!!! *shakes fists* The wound is still raw. But back to the Superman .... ummmm so yes I also have stuff from superman and even entertained the idea of getting a superman tattoo but since i would want to design it .... then that is also waiting in wings. I also love the Kryptonian Suit of Superman .. in general cause its black and silver ... so its fab! Like the picture here of the toy which kicks ass!
Humm i can go on and on about the various Superman things that I love but i will stop here :D cause this is only #2 ...hehe and we have more to cover ;) OH AND GO SEE THE WATCHMEN!!!! IT ROCKS!!! Its based on Moore Graphic Novel .... so it totally fits here ;) But i will close with ... SUPERMAN RULES!!
3. Movies & series (Matrix, X-files, etc) - Well for those who do know either, I love Movies, In all shapes and sizes!! YAY!! The one that i have been waiting for on March 21 to come out is getting closer everyday ... it will be added to the Movie Series cause there are more movies to follow ..WOOHOO!!! But within my love of Movies are Movie Series that I love and are core watchables! Some of them are, Matrix Trilogy Series, X-files Movies :D, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Star Wars Trilogies (Original and Prequels), X-Men Trilogy and I can't wait for Origins!! Hugh Jackman .... major hubba hubba! *wiggles eyebrows* The Superman Movies but I Love Superman II and Superman Returns the most :D I cant help but feel that I am missing some but its almost 6 in the morning and I am still typing!!!! So something gotta give. But I love all these Movies, most I have seen many times in the threatres I saw the Matrix 5 times in one day :) That was a fab day i must say .. hehe ;) But I cant just see a movie just once ... somthing in me doesnt allow such things. LMAO.
4. Music - I love Music , all kinds. I generally give everything a listen and then go from there. I need to let things sink in and allow them process before I say I hate something but once I like it, I like it so that part is always easier.. hehe Thanks to some euro and aussie chicas I have heard some new things that I love now so spreading the Music Love is always paramount!! I love sharing my music with others to see if they will like it. Musical Exploration is always a great adventure !! I love it ! So just remember people, Spread the Music Love!!! Whether it be MUSE, Cranberries, Pearl Jam, Tool, The Audreys, InnerPartySystem, Donots, MCR, whatever you are passionate about ... its always good to spread it around :D I have new stuff that I am processing right now and newly discovered Billy Talent from my sis so thats another cool one :) But the journey always continues!
5. Humor - Well I enjoy humor, hehe My own humor is all over the place but its based a lot on sarcasm and a little bit of the gutter ..LMAO I have used occasional naughty jokes here and there ....maybe... hehe. I admit to nothing! I have always tried to spread a laugh when I can but its not always easy but a smile will get you farther than a frown usually and it also makes you feel better so I try for that. Life is too short to wallow in hate and anger, Laughter eases it, but this does not mean I am happy or laughing all day long all the time, hells nah!! But I try...but that is what this life is .... to try ... always moving and trying. My grandmother said that laughter was your way of lighting up the world and when you were sad and depressed it meant that the dark emotions were trying to get hold, but when you allow the shadows to take over then you see shadows everywhere and the sun no longer shines no matter where you are. So I want the sun to shine, even though a cloud makes its way into the picture, Its better to shine :)
Well I think that is it, I started this at 11 last night .... fell asleep woke up and then tried to finish .. LMAO ... but hopefully that is enough detail but I am sure i will be poked if not and that is ok , I will elaborate more if need be.
So as this being the first post of this New Year, I hope that everyone is doing well and HUGS for everyone. :)
