Family History: Her parents met when Marty moved to Wales to become a Dragon Keeper. He has been at the same reserve ever since. He immediately fell in love with Glynis who was, at the time, a pub wench. Eventually they married and had Gwen. She was planned and the light of Glynis' life. Once Gwen was in preschool, they tried again to have a baby, but to no avail. After a few years of trying very hard, Glynis determined that she was barren and that nothing magical or Muggle was going to work to have another baby. Hence, when Megan was born, 11 years later, it was a complete surprise, but no less a miracle.
Background
Role During the War: Gwen largely stayed neutral. She kept her team going, even during the darkest hours, and stood by them even when the league was dismantled. She put away her money from her athlete's and captain's salary and invested it smartly, but she was more an inspiration to friends and family via her strength of character than by her actions.
In the Past Year: In the past year, Gwen's been working on trying to get Quidditch back together. She's kept in contact with all her team members and has answered all her fan mail. She's optimistic and wants to get games going again. She has no other plans as she will not give up on the one thing she loves most.
Future Plans: Get back to playing and captaining her Quidditch team. Eventually, she'd like to find a lovely witch she can settle and have a family with.
