Personality Work-a-holic, more stern towards himself these days than others. Gentle and weary when you get him alone, but incredibly driven in on the job. Can still come off as rather pompous, but only to those who don't know where that pomposity is coming from. (Not from a sense of superiority, but a sense of occasionally zealous duty.)
Goals/Dreams: Before the war, Percy's primary goals were to gain social rank above his father, as he was more embarrassed than most regarding the family's economic standing. However, since the war he has put aside his past vanities and has concentrated on rebuilding the Ministry. His two immediate goals are to see that the free Death Eaters are treated fairly, as, despite his experience in the Ministry after the coup, he understands that many 'Death Eaters' only followed along out of expectation/fear. He also wants to see reforms that would do better to protect the muggle world from danger cropping up again amongst the wizards.
Quirks/Habits: Nibbles feather ends of quills when agitated/worried.
Likes: Working, his family, reading, writing, research, political debates, (guilty pleasure: follows Puddlemere United Quidditch games)
Dislikes:Sleeping in, slackers, luke-warm baths, Death Eaters (a la Bellatrix, Rookwood--the hardcore ones) partisan politics, The Chudley Cannons (but Ron will never know.)
First Impression: Comes off as something of an oddity--loves his job but also seems to view it as a duty rather than something he could enjoy. Pleasant if not fatigued somewhat.

Philosophy on Life: Percy believes that it's only really possible to live if you're living by your own rules. For as much respect for social dominant ideology as he has, it is also obvious that he admires people who stick to their beliefs regardless. Life is something to be cherished and not wasted by fighting battles when the odds are completely against you. There is a time and place for giving in, and giving in does not make you weak...it only means knowing that you're smart enough to live another day to fight back.

Family History: Weasleys are one of the poor pure-blood families. Common conception is that the money was 'wasted' when too many children were born than they could afford. There has been no significant denial of this on part of the family, although some do wonder...
Background
Role During the War: Spent most of the War working for the Ministry and remained there after the coup. It is assumed that Percy was spared from being lumped in with his 'blood-traitor' family by appearing to want desperately to be better than them. He escaped the Ministry right before the final battle and participated in The Battle of Hogwarts.
In the Past Year: Has been working tirelessly to see the wizarding world rebuilt. Focuses much of his effort on treatment of pure-bloods and building better defenses in case a catastrophe were to strike the wizarding and muggle worlds again. Currently residing in The Burrow part time and his London flat the rest.
Future Plans: Unsure. Wants to continue working at the Ministry but the idea does not hold it's former appeal. May be looking for something a little more hands on, but not a position as an Auror. (Has had enough of fighting.)

Introvert/Extrovert: Introvert. Tends to keep to himself most of the time. Is open enough at work and with family to be amiable, but still has issues talking about things that really matter.

Beliefs About Sex: Sex is one of the most personal, private acts two loving people can preform. In an age where it seems the physical act of intercourse is all that matters, Percy holds to the emotional end of things. It is one of the few realms in which he believes feeling out-weight reason to a degree.
