Today I'm getting my UG research grant proposal finalized. Hopefully I'll get it accepted -- then I'll get $2,300 to put towards Italy this summer! Oh man, that would be nice!!

Still getting the hang of Live Journal.

Oh, my roomate is laying on the floor listening to some Irish folk music. lol

Good luck on your grand proposal. How much will you have to do for that while you're there?

I'm going to make observations on cultural differences and similarities, ask about conceptions and stereotypes they may have of us, ask about opinions on world views, life, economy, environment, etc. Then I'll compile it all into a 5 page paper that I'll be presenting next year at the UG research conference.

So not that much at all. It'll be well worth the $2300.
