Good day in spite of all the idiots
This is not a rant, it might sound like it in the beginning, but today I have met more than my daily Quota of idiots. This morning I was ignored for 10 minutes by the waitress after I got my cereal and then when she came she too only take my coffee order, which took another 10 minutes, I waited more than 10 minutes and just left. To highlight I was in a hurry I had a large silver case and my 2 laptops left beside me. Then I got tothe place I was to meet the guys I was working for today, they were not there, I rang their Boss and informed him we have a standing charge for delays, sheepishly they appeared and informed me that in 10 minutes was their break enforced by their union, sheesh.
There were the idiots that went in to the tag only section on the toll road and had to walk over to another booth to pay and many many more.
But I got loads of work done back in hotel, snoozed for 3 hours, wrote my Groomsman speech, made a video, posted a blog, ate a big dinner but most of all I wrote my bloody speech. YAY
