Ah weekends
I get to buy video games and chill. Animal Crossing DS, and Mario Kart DS. I haven't finished Final Fantasy 4 yet and I'm still tackling The Movies. Oh yeah, and Final Fantasy 9. Did I ever mention that I was a Gamer? Yeah.
It all started back when I was 4 or 5 and my parents got my sister and I a Nintendo. It came with one game: Mario/Duck Hunt. I still recall the days when I would stand too close to the TV and shoot ducks. My face would turn a flush red as I tried to shoot the ducks. I still laugh at my mom when she played Mario. She would either run right into the hole, jump into the hole, or do one of those things where she flailed the controller in an upward motion to try getting Mario to jump. I don't think my mother ever got past level 1-3.
Me? I never really got into Mario until Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo, but I went back and I realized how good it was.
