These may turn out to be old enough that most of you have already read them...but I thought I'd throw them in here for my new readers!

Disappear

To vanish from existance
That's all I want.
To cry alone and have no hugs
That's all I want.
To Disappear.

To fear that no one cares
That's all I feel.
To know I'm different from all
That's all I feel.
To Disappear.

To shy away from my routine
That's all I'll do.
To fall mute to my love
That's all I'll do.
To Disappear.

To say one more word
That's all that is done.
To end the presence of their care
That's all that is done.
I've Disappeared.
