So the cat's not so stealth any more. She got into this vent in my bathroom, causing her to crawl to a point where she could fall through the floor and into the spectacle shop downstairs. This caused the owner of the spectacle shop to call the land lord. So, on a whim, I decided to check the shops downstairs for the cat that had been missing all night, and the owner tells me he has her. She fell through the light fixture and knocked over his diplays. Best. Way. Ever. for your landlord to find out about your secret cat. Ah! But he thought the cat belonged to someone else. So I called him to apologise and THEN he found out about her. My fault for being honest, I guess. But better this way then him accusing someone and later finding out it was me. He's, "thinking," about whether or not I can keep her. Does not sound good. I did offer to pay for the fixture, though. I just hope it works out okay.
