South Park season 6 said it best...artards. Asshats. Dumbshits. In the last 2 days I've had 3 customers come in asking me to change their phone plans. Usually I can do that in about 2 minutes. Not, however, when their wireless provider is FIDO and NOT Rogers. Fido is the competition. Fido does their own thing. And these people are down right shirty about their phones... I'd love for them to go be shirty at Fido employees.
I've also had 2 people ask me or co-workers to make them coffee. Do I look like I'm working at a Starbucks? Yeesh.
