Maya went to see her brand new baby cousin today, Kevin and I took Eli to Rae's sister's house for her niece's graduation party. I love Rae's family, the dynamic among 4 sisters, when I grew up with none, intrigues me. Eli is such a fantastic party goer, he's so chill and adorable. He took a 2 hour nap while we were there and was perfectly content crawling around, chasing the dog, smiling and chattering "Daw! Daw! Daw!" (which means dog).
Eli and I came home a while ago, he's bathed and jammied up, all ready for bed. Kevin stayed behind, I wasn't in the mood to be social anymore. I'm working on a painting tonight, looking forward to silence and new paint brushes.
