Baltimore is so much better than DC for partying purposes, you don't have to wade through a sea of bullshit to figure out what someone is about. People are friendlier, less pretentious. I ran into a few people that I know, met some new people, had a drunken, chatty, silly time. It was worth the price I'm paying right now, and let me tell you....I am struggling.
