Knock, Knock, Ahem!

Allow me to re-introduce myself, my name is CHRIS!

I'm back.  And to answer Lynardsky's question:  The rest of the story is right HERE, asshole!

Lord have mercy, it's been so long, I have literally no idea where to start.  I guess, the beginning is a good place,eh?

After the girlfriend acquirement (Spring-Summer 2008), and then based upon that, her acquiring me a DX-7 (Winter 2008), things have been going pretty cool.
  • We got an apartment together.  THose that know me persoanlly already know this, so this isn't for you guy, now is it?  LOL
  • Me and Rose, including my family and people from my old church (as well as some family friends) went on a Cruise to Key West and the Bahamas.  Great trip!  The last day the ride was rough.  Got very very sick.  Other than that, awesome times!
  • I, myself, bought a Clavia Nord Lead synthesizer, my first major instrument buy, ever.  Still trying to figure it all out.
  • Through good friends, I am now the owner of a reel-to-reel tape machine and a shit ton of old school records!
  • I began making more music on Reason and other things.  Sounds great, can't wait for you to hear it.
  • My friend Jordan Krumbine, an internet filmmaker, has included some of my musical scoring as well as me in a few ot his vids.  Awesomesauce!
  • In the summer of 2009, the Aristocracy played its last show to date at Holly and Dolly's in Casselberry, FL.  Not saying that this is it, but this has been it so far.  Chase had to move back to VA based on financial reasons.  So, on that regard, it's been a bit slow for The A.  But not to fear.   I know this ain't the end.  Why?  Because I said so!
  • Through jamming and hanging, I became involved with another band, Waking Dreamer.  At one point, we were doing shows along with The Aristocracy, a double shot of your humble narrator.  But yea, it's a 4 piece indie rock/funk/synth sort of deal with two keyboardists (me and my friend Josh.  I also play bass and sing, and he plays guitar and sing.  Double shifting it!), another guitarist (his brother, Aaron) and on drums, my homeboy Omar!  We are a pretty good band, I must say!
  • In concert, me and Rose have seen P-Funk, Flight of the Conchords, KISS and a few others!  I also gt to see NIN and Janes Addiction with Pete.  All in all, great shows!
So I guess, when you sandwich all that stuff together, it looks like a pretty busy year, which I can deal with.

What has been up with all of you guys?  I wanna know!  The good the bad, the ugly, the pretty, the clean, the nasty...EVERYTHING!

More to come!  SHO!!!!!
