So I'm planning out what I should pack for my trip to DC, but of course the problem is that it is going to be cold up there. Well, not really cold, but cold compared to the nice weather that we are still enjoying here in St. Pete. I have to ask myself, 'Can I wear a skirt? What does 60 degrees feel like again?' Temperature is like a foreign language- if you are immersed in it, it feels comfortable, but if you have to jump back in after a while, it can be a shock to the system.
That metaphor might be a bit of a stretch, but hopefully the general idea comes across. Meanwhile, I'll be trying to figure out how many sweaters to pack.
