Advice Needed

Ok. I need advice.

I need to find a decent restaurant in the Cap Hill area that does good food devoid of garlic. Or at least has a reasonable number of non-garlic items on the menu.

Thoughts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. :)

Why on earth would anyone want to do that?!

You're asking me? Heh.

I'm mostly Italian; it's as incomprehensible to me as you, I'm sure.

Yeah, I'm part Italian, and I grew up on lots-o-garlic. I always double whatever a recipe says.

I have found a level of garlic that's actually too much, where it's genuinely painful, but it took about a bulb and a half...

Also, when they said that if you eat enough garlic you start to sweat it, I was like, "Cool! I love the smell of garlic!" But, um...then I discovered that, no, it's bloody RANK! Alas. Heh.

Yeah. The taste and smell change a bit after it's been filtered through the epidermous.

:P

Not always bad. But not always good. And you can't just shut it off.

Food allergies.

Yeah, I figured as much.

'Course, if I were allergic to garlic...egad. If I were a vampire, I'd sooner stake myself than accept being repulsed by garlic. Meep! The very idea...

Yeah. I'm debating bringing some wood and a crucifix. ;)

Eh, not so bad. I think I might be able to get used to it if I have to. I mean, it's not like I couldn't stil have garlic.

But it's also kind of nice to know up front what poisons work well. ;)
