Challenging myself!
So, for some reason, it occurred to me that I'm becoming a tad bored (?!) with my TKR-canon-version of Mordred. (Total blasphemy, I know!) This thought terrifies me like you wouldn't believe, so to prevent myself from eventually hating my most beloved, I've elected to take on a challenge I thought up for myself! After I'm finished with ruins_of_sodom's art-trade piece (which is nearing its end at long last), I shall write a piece of short fiction with an entirely new version of Mordred. He's already beginning to bloom in my mind, and I'm quite fond of him already. Fortunately, though, I'm not quite fond enough to replace my canon Mordred~ As impatient with him as I've grown, I still love him far too much to allow nu!Mordred to usurp his throne as king of my heart. (Lololol, so corny.)
What do you guys think? Those of you who are familiar with my Mordred, please don't hurt me too much. I'll acquiesce to an afternoon in the stocks, but I think burning at the stake is a little harsh...
