Lost's faith aspects considered on Beliefnet
A few weeks ago I was looking at a site with very in-depth analysis of Lost from a scientific and psychological standpoint. This wasn't your typical theory or fan site. The creators were university professors and other professionals, and it was highly academic. Now I don't recall the name and can't find the site. Um, I think it's blue, lol. Can anyone help?
I can't wait to watch with fusie friends this week, and for all the Lost Weekend festivities! :D
I think I read this in Doc Jensen, & he got it from a fan. Also posted to the LB.. theory about Paolo and Nikki They came out of the blue because although they arrived on the plane, they weren't actually there during seasons one and two... Desmond changed something in the past that led to them getting on flight 815. So while they have been there "all along," the circumstances of events that occured have been altered by Desmond's experience with the fail-safe key. It's also suggested that the butterfly effect of Des' temporal journey meant Rose and Bernard didn't get on the flight after all. I think we did see Bernard on the beach during the purple sky, but if this were true it would obviously explain why we haven't seen them this season.. time was altered so they were never there. Maybe no truth to that, but it's a pretty cool idea.
