Dreams
Over the last two nights I've had some nasty dreams, dealing with pain and betrayal. Nasty dreams normally mean a change in my programming. Monday night was a replay of all the time in my life other have inflicted pain on me. Last night was all the Betrayal and one new dream about being betrayed. I have learnt my this is how my mind defragments and lets go of things, so I'm hoping this is what is going on at the moment.
One of the most bizarre part of this was the new dream was in black and white, while all others were in colour. I haven't had a black and white dream since I was 3 years old.
