THE FUCKING ADMINSTRATION AT THIS PLACE IS SHIT
Well for one, I've been here for like nearly 2 months and STILL they haven't fixed anything that needed to be fixed.
They recieved a parcel but didn't record it or give me a parcel note.
THE RECEPTION HAS STUPID OPENING HOURS
For one its not open on Sundays, and closes at 4pm during the week and as I just found out as I wanted to pick up a parcel with the Dir En Grey tickets (cause I need to get the money off people as I'm fucking skint) but now at 3:30 in the afternoon ITS FUCKING CLOSED. So I have to wait till Monday to get my tickets >:(
I would love to phone my mum and have a moan but I has no credits at all :(
