Wow Police !!
This my first encounter with police in england in which they approached me first . Normally it would be me asking them for directions :D
It was 9:15 PM on avenue road when a person approached me on bicycle. I thought he was going to ask me for directions . But he immediately showed his identity as Hampshire police . I was surprised to say the least .
He kept on telling that there were some recent burglaries . I was enthusiastic to help me give my observations on the area :)
But he asked me who and what I am doing there ? I showed my id card and he asked my course . I answered him he was pleased and said cool .. I asked him to excuse me as U1 was approaching the stop . While he was going I asked him how safe that area is . He told me not to venture after dark ... LOL I won't be following his advise :D
