here's slim-fast's sample meal plan for someone of my height and weight:
breakfast - shake
snack - half a banana
lunch - shake and half a turkey sandwich
snack - small apple
dinner - vegetable, starch, + protein
snack - 1 cup of grapes

who would eat half a banana? what do you do with the other half?
