In other news, I had probably the most uneventful Valentine's Day it is possible to have...I actually forgot it was Valentine's Day until yesterday. I think I've become totally indifferent to the whole thing. I used to get all into it back in those days when everyone gave Valentines to everyone else and you pigged out on candy all day. Now I think it's a lame excuse for the flower/chocolate/greeting card/jewelry/condom/lingerie industries to get a little boost in the middle of what is otherwise the worst month ever.

When did I become so cynical? Actually scratch that. I really am a hopeless romantic. I just think Valentine's Day is Lame with a capital L.

In other, other news I HATE volleyball and I LOVE "Rent" and I am so wildly jealous that you are seeing it on Broadway that I can barely control myself. I saw it twice here, which was okay, except the second time the guy who played Roger was really ugly and was really obviously stoned throughout the show. But it's okay because I can still recite the show even though I've never seen it on Broadway so the world is good. Oh, and I'll be in NY for one day in my crazy college-touring nightmare, but I will probably be busy if you know what I mean. And I think that would be too difficult to work. So...sorry. But I mean, you're seeing fucking "Rent" so I'm not that sorry.

hah, i'm a hopeless romantic too, but i manage to find valentine's day cute. it's the people who go buy prepackaged "love" that are kind of annoying and make it suck. i think valentine's day can be made into a very sweet holiday. and ari: i will see you damnit. yeah.

Yeah, you're right. It can be cute. I think it's just the commercialism that bothers me. Then again, I'm not one to say no to free chocolate. Or any chocolate.

Dude, I just visited Haverford. Like, everyone from my school ends up going there and it's rather close to where I live. I didn't like it much, but... Quakers! Holla.

Yeah, I don't know much about it. But I guess I'll find out. I guess I'll find out twelve times. Well not about Haverford all twelve times but you get the idea. Haverford's kind of far from where I live, so that's one plus that I can see. And, I mean, Quakers...
