Usually in May I have to get up early to go for a run to beat the heat. This morning, I had to get up early to beat the rain (based on last night's forecast). So, yup, you guessed it - no rain! In fact, it's mostly sunny right now and very pleasant. Temps have been well below average this month. It's been nice. It's going to be killer when all of a sudden the 100F temps hit us.
My sister got me a handy dandy sports watch with heart rate monitor for my birthday. I've been keeping track of the stats.
